Can I see the rentals in person before booking?

Absolutely! We understand the importance of seeing the pieces up close. We welcome clients to visit by appointment, depending on availability and the time of year. To ensure we’re ready for your visit, we recommend making a list of the items you're interested in so we can prepare them for viewing.C ontact us to schedule your visit.

Are batteries included in the candle rentals?

Yes, the cost of batteries is included in the rental price for all candle items, so you won’t need to worry about additional charges.

Do I have to wash the linens or china/cutlery after the event?

No, you don’t need to worry about cleaning! Our team handles the washing of all linens, china, and cutlery after the event. However, we do ask that any food remnants are removed and that liquids are emptied from the glassware before returning. Please ensure all linens are kept dry and free from food prior to placing them in the provided laundry bags to avoid any damage. All items should be returned to their original packaging for safe transport back.

What form of payment does Kreativ Accents accept?

We accept payments via Interac e-Transfer for a secure and convenient transaction.

Is there a deposit required to secure my rentals? When are the payments due?

To secure your booking, we require a signed Rental Agreement along with a 50% deposit of the total rental cost at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. If the booking occurs within 30 days of the event date, full payment and the signed agreement are required at the time of booking.

Is there a damage deposit required?

While we understand that accidents happen, clients are responsible for covering the cost of any lost, broken, or damaged rental items. In the event of damages, an updated invoice will be issued, and the charge will be applied to the credit card on file for payment.

What if I don’t see what I am looking for?

We’re constantly updating our inventory, so the item you’re looking for may not yet be listed or is in the process of being added. If you’re searching for something specific, please reach out to us directly before requesting a quote. We may be able to source it for you or consider adding it to our collection in the future.

I have some items to sell. Would you be interested?

Do you offer any setup and takedown services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive setup and takedown services, ensuring that your décor is arranged perfectly and the cleanup is handled with care. Our team will take care of all the logistics, so you don’t have to worry about a thing on your wedding day. Reach out to us to view our package options.

Can I customize my rental items to fit my wedding theme?

How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially if your wedding date is during peak season. Early booking allows us to ensure the availability of the items you want and gives you ample time to finalize details.

What is the difference between Full Planning and Month-of Coordination?

Full Planning is for couples who want help throughout the entire wedding planning process, including vendor selection, budget management, timeline creation, and more. Month-of Coordination, on the other hand, is for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to take over in the final month, handling the details, timelines, and day-of logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Will you be present on the wedding day?

Yes, for all our coordination/planning services, we will be on-site on your wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly. We’ll manage your vendors, oversee the timeline, and handle any issues that arise, so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.

Do you help with creating the wedding timeline?

Yes! For our Month-of Coordination service, one of the first things we do is create a detailed wedding day timeline, ensuring everything is in place and flows seamlessly. We’ll also make sure all your vendors have a copy of the timeline, so everyone is on the same page.

Can you work with the vendors I’ve already booked?

Absolutely! We are happy to work with any vendors you’ve already selected. Our goal is to bring everything together and ensure all your vendors are aligned with the plan for your wedding day.

Can I still hire you for coordination services if I only need help with certain aspects of my wedding?

Yes! We offer flexible packages and are happy to tailor our services to your specific needs. Whether it’s just day-of coordination or help with vendor communication in the month leading up to your wedding, we can accommodate your requirements.
